I took my 2001 Dodge 2500 Diesel truck to Leon's Car Care center in Eureka, California and that is where I met Jim Frasier and Liberty Bell (Yes, that is his real name). I needed some work done to the exhaust system on my truck and the first thing was Jim raised the truck on the lift and gave it a thorough exam underneath checking the exhaust from front to back. He must have taken 15 minutes to check the exhaust and he also let me tag along for the exam and answered all my question. It was agreed that some work could be done to fix my problem but due to their busy schedule they could not do it that day. So we took the truck off the lift and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Took the truck back to Leon's the following Tuesday and that is when I met Liberty Bell. Jim was off that day but had explained all the details to Liberty so Liberty knew exactly what the situation with the truck was and how they were going to fix it. Liberty got right on the problem without any hesitation, put the truck into the air on the lift and got right to work. It only took Liberty about 20 minutes and everything was done. Before taking the truck down off the lift Liberty came and got me in the waiting area and took me out to examine the truck while it was still in the air. He explained all the work he had done while answering all my question. The exhaust looked better than brand new. I am glad that I took my truck to Leon's because not only was the work done in a timely manner, but it was completed in the minimal amount of time. The cost of the work was not really what I has believed it to be so I figure that I got out ahead on the deal. They warranty their work and that is great too so I know that if I have any problems with it that all I need to do is drive back to Leon's and they will take care of it. Yes, I would highly recommend going to Leon's for service on your vehicle, whether it is a car or truck. Jim and Liberty are great people and will answer any of your questions. And yes, next month I am going to go back to Leon's and let them put new shocks on my truck. I still have the original shocks and the truck has 104,000 miles on it.
