I felt taken care of. I was listened to and talked to. They called when they said they would, and took me home and picked me up- so convenient!

I went in for an exhaust issue (it was hanging down too far). Patrick put the car on a lift and let me see the problem while he described it. They offered to fix it right then, no second appointments, etc. which was terrific. About 30 minutes later, he showed me the repair. Excellent service, communication and the cost was much less than a replacement exhaust on my classic car. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

Great experience overall. I brought my car in because it was loud and rattling. They squeezed me in last minute, which I honestly didn’t expect and really appreciated. They have phenomenal customer service. From the start, communication was clear and everyone was so kind and helpful. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I was in and out in about 2 hours.
