Positive experience. The staff members answered all of my questions in a professional and respectful manner. The work done on my vehicle, such as an oil change, brake fluid service, and replacement of radiator caps, was done in an efficient manner and with a clear explanation from staff members. Additionally, the waiting area is well-maintained.

I was traveling to Eureka to visit my sister who had been hospitalized when my car started making a terrible noise even though it was running fine. It sounded like a train coming down the road. As an elderly woman traveling alone, I was worried it might be serious. I stopped in at Leons and was greeted by Lucas in the reception area. He offered to take a look even though they were very busy. He found the problem right away-a fallen splash guard and offered to fix it on the spot. I was so relieved! You dont see that every day! Thank you again-you made my day! Great place!

On the phone making an appointment to the shop people are so friendly and professional.. the most awesome thing is they take photos of damaged or need a replacement and show it to you.. I think im going to bring my car back there when I need something done..

They got my car in on time and got it back to me before their estimated time. I asked for the transmission fluid to be changed. They came to me and said it doesn't need to be changed yet. Compared to other shops I have used, Leon's is far superior.
