I called Leons and explained my problem. He said he would take a look for free if I made an appointment. That shocked me. I thought would be my differential needing grease. They gave me a curtesy call day before to remind me of my appointment. The I arrived I was received at the front By a friendly person and she took my key and said there was fresh coffee and cookies in the back for free. That shocked me. Very good by the way. I asked if I could look under the car with the mechanic and she said no problem. They put the car up in the air 5 minutes after my arrival and invited me in to look under the car with them. All was well so no charge and what I thought was a problem did not exist. I also asked a few questions while I was there regarding other things that might be a future problem like brake pads, belts, hoses, all was well. Considering they don't work on Mini Coopers, I was elated that they helped this 74 year old man who could have been taken advantage of very easily. They were friendly, honest, trust worthy, efficient, knowledgeable and informative with no charge at all. While I was there I heard them give a couple if price quotes to two other customers in the waiting room and the pricing I heard seemed extremely fare for the work that needed to be done. My experience was top notch all the way and I highly recommend Leons for any work you may need done. Short of writing a book all I can say is, That You so much for everything. Regards, Kent

Professional, quality work, reasonable pricing and cookies!

Leon's once again worked on my old 1986 GMC S-15 Jimmy 4X4. This time for the clutch. Excellent communications, and work done on my vehicle. Highly recommended, and it took some time for the repairs since I informed Leon's that this is my back up vehicle. Yet the final price was right, even before my Veteran's 10% discount on labor.

I had never been to Leon’s. I needed a muffler ASAP and they got me in same-day. Carrie was great. David was great. They have coffee and home-baked cookies in the lobby. Jim, the gentleman who evaluated my truck, made two recommendations and welded in a new muffler in about 30 mins. He said that if I (or my wife) didn’t like the one he installed, he’d swap out the other “with a smile”. Amazingly professional shop—I highly recommend it!

I've always had great service from Leon's. The staff is easy to talk to, and I trust them more than any other mechanic in the area. They give really fair deals, and offer discounts when possible (I don't even have to prompt them for it!). They're also super fast, and have always been able to get me in within a day or two. My one suggestion to folks is to schedule your appointments with Leon's on the phone or in person. I haven't always had success with scheduling online. Everything else is totally top notch! And the cookies and coffee in the lobby are spectacular.

Best car repair experience I've ever had. Was in town for a mountain bike race and visiting my father, and the temp started going nuts on my Chevy Truck. Brought it in first thing Monday, told them I was from out of town, and they did all they could to get me on my way. I was on the road by noon with a new coolant recovery tank and a truck working as it should. Carrie at the counter and all the mechanics were SUPER professional, compentent, and nice. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Totally fair and reasonable prices. No extra nonsense or upcharges. Highest recommendation if you have car issues in Humboldt. Fantastic! Top marks.

Excellent service! We live almost two hours away and they always do their best to accommodate us by getting as much done as possible in a visit. Kudos to Leons!
