From Carrie on the phone to Kevin in the office to Patrick in the shop, my experience with Leon’s was outstanding, and is a testament to the values of this family business. After calling Carrie, they fit me in two hours later and fixed my exhaust leak the same day. Patrick did an excellent repair on my exhaust, and stuck to his quote even though a stubborn rusty bolt required extra time beyond the initial quote. I appreciated this immensely as it would have cost me more money and way more time in the end had I attempted it myself. Waiting in the waiting room was a pleasure and very cozy, with complementary tea and home made cookies by Dale’s (owner) wife and friendly conversation with Kevin at the front desk. It’s clear that the team at Leon’s not only values your business but values you as a community member. All the staff there seem to genuinely enjoy their job, which demonstrates the management’s values not only hold true for customers but extends to their employees.
