I felt that >$400 just for diagnosis was overpriced

Debra your right, it can be costly to be here. With your vehicle we did look into diagnosing a couple things, the transmission fluid leak, the intermittent no start, and the intermittent "not coming out of park". Our cars have so many elements to potentially become issues, it can be costly. That being said I will share your concern

Everyone is so very professional, courteous & thorough. The staff makes appointment times work no matter how hectic their/your schedule is. My family and I were passing through Eurkea, road tripping from Colorado. Our van started leaking gas when filling up. Yikes! Called around town and everyone was booked out two weeks, including Leon’s. Unlike the other shops they said “we’ll find a way to squeeze you in tomorrow.” Van was fixed by noon for a reasonable price and we’re back on the road. Some other shops would try to do a lot more than just replace a hose knowing I’m a bind. Gotta appreciate an honest mechanic.
