We were towed into Leon’s on Dec 4th, after hours, after we had hit a deer. Being from Canada, we didn’t know the area and trusted Chris, the tow driver from Buddy’s in Arcata. We cannot say enough of the way the folks, from reception (Dina and Carrie) to Shop Foreman David, to Technician Jim, did to help us through a very difficult situation. It took 3 weeks for the mechanical on our beloved 15 yr old Class A to be completed and back on the road. Any delays being attributed to the age of the RV and finding parts, dealing with indecision from a Canadian insurance company and the fact that Eureka is behind the Redwood Curtain 😉. We left feeling like part of the family. Most heartily would recommend them to anyone in the area needing service!
