Friendly, professional staff. I did not have an appointment but their response was timely and efficient. The battery could have been covered at the dealership, but I chose to pay for replacement based on word of mouth recommendations. I heard more praise coming from clients dropping off and picking up their cars. I will use their services again. Coffee and cookies were offered. That's old style with new world skills. Thank you. New to the area, I had heard several people mention Leon's for different reasons. I was stuck trying to figure out a battery issue and I was able to get an appointment to have my car looked at on the same day that I called (I was not in a hurry but grateful to be able to get feedback/input). Everyone was helpful and I came away with a good plan. A spotless shop, bustling and busy but oh so professional. What a great experience during a potentially stressful time. Leons Auto Center has always provided outstanding service for our vehicles. Our Honda needed a new starter and had a transmission issues. Leons fixed the issues and had us back on the road. Thank you care and your professionalism.

They were right on time taking my truck on the rack. Contacted me with assessment and photos of needed repairs and the cost. The truck was ready earlier than anticipated.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality and speed of service I received from Leon's this week. I am in town visiting family and living in my motorhome which is on a Ford chassis with a V-10 engine. The engine started running rough on the trip up to Eureka and was putting out trouble codes of misfiring on two or more cylinders. I did not know if it was bad gas, plugs etc. David at Leon's wrote down all the eng. symptoms and said they would call or text with diagnosis. Then later on was given diagnosis some worn plugs and bad coil packs. They called and I was given a couple of options on the fix with prices. I was in by 8am and out by 5pm. I really appreciated the great service and speed since my wife and I were living in our RV. I felt like Bill and staff went the extra mile to get me up and running. Oh, and you get a discount if you are a AAA member.

I was having some trouble with my battery and they were kind enough to take a look at it for me. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me and suggested Dan's Auto Electric and they were kind enough to drive my car down there while I was out and about shopping. Very sweet, professional people. Although they couldn't fix my problem, I would definitely take my car here in the future.
