They were super helpful and had great customer service. Here's a few examples: while I was waiting for my oil change (which they did promptly and quickly), I noticed how friendly and kind they were to all of the customers that were also waiting in the office. A client of theirs came in, and she had wanted some advice on how much to sell her old school Mercedes for. The staff was encouraging her to sell her car for what it was worth, because she was under valuing the price. (They had worked on her car for the life of the car, and were supportive of her getting a fair market price because of all the mechanical care and great maintenance she had done with the car. Also while I was there someone came in to make a return, but he didn't have a receipt with him... and the staff took the request seriously and talked with him directly at some length about it, and made a time for him to come back with the receipt later. Just being there for 30 minutes I witnessed exceptional customer service.
