Oh my gosh they were SO kind, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, no hidden fees. I came in for an oil change, and when they were done they gave me a piece of paper that listed the other things they noticed that could stand to have some work done, and a recommended timeline to get them fixed by. SUPER helpful for budgeting and planning. They also have a courtesy shuttle! You can go hang out in a cafe or something while you wait. Just marvelous, 10/10 would recommend.
