The exhaust guy is amazing, been doing it for 30+ years.

I've had work done on both a Honda CRV and Toyota Tundra, from brakes to exhaust to oil changes. The technician who does the work always tells me directly what is to be done and then what was done. If there is a question, I can actually ask the guy who is doing the work as opposed to going to the dealer and dealing with three or four assistant managers whose hands are a little too clean.

Bruce, while we do have service writers who often are the folks you might talk to. We definitely want our customers being able to talk to the tech who worked on the car, as that's the best way to answer any questions one may have about the service that was done.
