In spite of the fact that I came in as a AAA tow, with no appointment, my check-in was quick and courteous. I was offered a prompt and friendly ride home. When I masked in the vehicle, the driver did too. (I am vaccinated, but will mask in small spaces.) I felt as though staff listened to my description of what happened to my car, without dismissing what I said for want of expertise on my part, which I really appreciate. I realize that after the pandemic, everybody is backed up, so having to wait a little over a week for an estimate was no surprise; I was impressed that the mechanic called me on Thursday, early in the day, as promised. I was even more impressed that the car was ready the next day. (It needed a fuel pump, which was what I had expected.) I was a little startled by the estimate, but I have not kept up to date with auto repair prices, and what I paid was no more than what I was told. I expect to use Leon's again.
