Leon's continues to be our go-to mechanic for our vehicles. They are prompt to schedule service, complete service promptly, and are unfailingly courteous and thorough. They never complete any service without getting permission first. For example, we took our truck in for an oil change. They conducted that service and their usual included thorough review of the vehicle. The mechanic came into the waiting room (masked, as was everyone else in the room) and told us both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter needed changing. Since we'd been living with horrific wildfire smoke conditions for over a month, we were not surprised. Before doing the work, they showed us a printout that showed the revised cost for us to approve. For us, the no-surprises, permission-first approach really makes us confident in the work as well as understanding of the total cost. We highly recommend Leon's.
