Leon’s has become my trusted go-to when it comes to auto repair in Humboldt County. You might find cheaper repair shops, but I think you get what you pay for. A technician always explains their findings during routine oil changes, and they give recommendations without ever being pushy or trying to upsell you. A lot of the services they offer that are quick and easy they don’t charge for labor, only the cost of the part (cabin filter, windshield wiper blade replacement). Leon’s front desk staff have always been pleasant and helpful to me, and this most recent time they went above and beyond to reschedule me (twice) on fairly short notice. Then, they worked with me to get the repair done quicker than their original estimate so that I could get my vehicle back in time to pick my kids up from school. On top of that, they offer a complimentary shuttle service and always have hot coffee and fresh cookies in the lobby if you decide to wait. Thanks Leon’s!

Without a doubt, the best car care center in the area. My 22 year old Toyota engine light came on and Leon's tracked down and repaired several components in the evap/emissions system. After an inspection, they recommended some front end repairs (sway bars and links) which I had done also, as well as an annoying door lock failure fixed. I am, like many others, so dependent on my vehicle. It is an irreplaceable, low miles Toyota and I am so excited to now have a qualified full service care center which I can fully trust. Adrian, Carrie, Lucas and Kevin and all the mechanics are a great team. All repairs were reviewed carefully with me for approval. I was so happy with them I also had them replace a faulty door handle. Adrian went out of his way to locate one which matched my paint! I am so darn happy with Leon's I will never go any where else. When they say they are full-service, it is true!

First time in - I'm impressed! Receiving very clear, friendly, professional service, and seeing a super clean lobby, office, shop space and property in general, what's not to be impressed about? I was told I'd get a text with service information and recommendations - that happened right on schedule, and everything was smooth as I approved getting some new wipers, arranged to pay my bill and pick up my truck. I'll be back for service on my wife's rig too. Thank you!
