They were very clear with prices, expectations, and work time. We needed a lot done; 1 serious issue and 6 things the reccomended. The items were listed with facts, safety guidelines, and suggestions for why it should be addressed. We decided to get everything done for our safety and peace of mind. They called several times to update the status and any price changes. The expected completion was maintained in those calls. They ended up finishing a day early, which was very nice. On our visits to the shop we enjoyed their coffee and cookies. Kudos to the baker for those homemade cookies. It was nice to have a little treat when we were stressed. Our phone contact was always with Lucas and I found him to be very well spoken with clear words, simple language that defined the issues with the car, and very knowledgeable when answering questions. The ladies we talked to at the counter for drop-off and pick-up (whom, I failed to get their names) were kind, sympathetic, and took great detailed notes to pass on to the techs. We did not meet any techs in person but their work speaks for it's self with the car being in the best condition it's ever been in.
